           INVITES YOU TO TAKE PART

                       IN OUR 2ND ANNUAL

ULTIMATE DODGEBALL CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT
WHEN: MAY 5TH, 2012
WHERE: CLINTON MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM
START TIME: Registration and Concessions begin at 10:00 AM and Dodgeball starts at 11:00 AM.
T-shirts may be picked up beginning May 1st.  
ADMISSION FOR NON-PLAYERS: $2 for adults, $1 for Seniors.
DODGEBALL TEAMS: 6 VS 6 with a maximum of 10 per team roster.
·        Registration packets are available at the Clinton Fire Station, the Clinton High School and on the Clinton Fire Dept
 
·        Early registration: Deadline is April 16th. Fee is $25 per person and includes tournament T-shirt. Team shirts colors can be requested on a first come, first serve for color choice. Fees must be paid in full to reserve color choice. Team names can be added for an additional $5.00 per shirt. Additional t-shirts can be added for friends or family at $13.00 each and $17 with the team name per shirt. Orders must be in and paid in full prior to early registration deadline.
 
·        Late registration after April 16th is $25 per person and does not include a t-shirt.Late registration deadline is April 30th.
EMS CASH RAFFLE, DRAWING AT 5PM. TICKETS AVAILABLE THROUGH EMS.
